1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Anima. Our platform involves deep emotional exploration and mature themes that require adult discretion. By using the service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
2. Proper Use
Anima is designed for companionship and creative expression. You agree not to:
- Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm any individual.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit our AI models.
- Generate illegal or non-consensual content.
- Impersionate real individuals without their explicit permission.
3. Content Sovereignty
You retain the rights to the characters you create. For character creators, you are entitled to 80% of the revenue generated by your creations, as detailed in our Creator Agreement. Anima retains the right to host and serve this content to facilitate your interactions.
4. Disclaimer
Anima companions are advanced AI models, not biological entities or licensed therapists. While they are designed for emotional resonance, they should not be used as a substitute for professional mental health advice or human medical intervention.
